I love lopez, hes hands down one of my favorite comedians I’ve seen all his shows and stand ups and im reading his book…..that said……even I didn’t like this show, I so wanted to but it just nvr clicked with me.
Look up the shows facts. He was in last place in ratings for late night even before conan moved into his time spot. He lost sponsorships, Viewers and then his job. Tbs said that if conan didn’t save late night tbs ratings, Lopez would have been cut after one year. But they gave him one last change and his ratings just got worse

no lie, i love lopez but fuck! he always talks about how proud he is to be mexican. he’s way too proud. i think if he just toned it down a bit about his culture, i believe it wouldn’ have been cancelled. that’s why i stopped watching lopez.. and i’m hispanic too
@RedDevilsChicha14 I don’t know if you are old enough to remember but FOX tried Magic Johnson and that flopped (and Magic was not entertaining at where Lopez is/was). FOX tried Chevy Chase and that didn’t work. I thought that would have been a fit for sure. Lopez will bounce back!
@RedDevilsChicha14 There are just too many late night talk shows. Then there is the fact that not everyone has cable and those that do are not likely to watch a cable talk show. ABC, NBC and CBS have the market cornered. Maybe if they would have tried it at 9PM they could have picked up more viewers but I doubt it. Certainly Lopez is talented, but people who watch Letterman and Leno are not going to watch Lopez after the newness wore off. I would not be shocked to see Conan go soon.
All I can say is: Damn Eva is so fucking fine!!!!!
