Eva Longoria Parker, born March 15, 1975, is an American actress and a fashion model. She at present plays Gabrielle Solis on the ABC tv series Desperate Housewives. No person except a natural born Citizen….
U.S. citizen(other paths taken to U.S. citizenship acceptable(eg native born,naturalized,statutory)is the standard for Congresspersons(Senators/House Reps)
No reasonable person has ever suggested that Art II’s req ensures loyalty on the part of the Chief Executive
