Those questions were atrocious and I was embarrassed for him. And this is TIME magazine? Bennifer was a creation of the media not a persona or character trait that Mr. Affleck should be embarrased for being. Screw them for judging him in such a way and making it seem like is is now a “better” person. There was nothing ever “wrong” with him, there’s something wrong with this country and its tabloid culture. And yes, I agree with Ben, Jersey Girl was a good movie.

  2. vicmel epres says:

definitely ben affleck is a promising director the town was brilliant

  3. hypnotizerequiem says:

    Definitely agree!

  4. MrSoprano92 says:

Gone Baby Gone and The Town are the only films he’s directed, and they were both superb film. He took some wrong roles early on, but he’s absolutely matured.

  5. hypnotizerequiem says:

I know that pissed me off. Affleck’s work is always good. It is not his fault if the movie’s aren’t a success, his work is always top notch. The film’s he has directed are really good as well!

  6. whatsyourstory1 says:

she’s wearing pink and red, must be an idiot.

  7. whiplashchild says:

if you liked pearl harbor then that must have been the only movie you’ve ever seen, there’s no other explanation for it.

  8. VicInNocal says:

Time.com (their internet arm) is absolutely HORRIBLE. It’s not up to par with the magazine at all.

  9. jonnyftm92 says:

makes me so angry when people complain about Pearl Harbor it was an unbelivable fim best romance story ever made in a film i would say

  10. santifiedandfree says:

he is charming and very calm and kind too.

  11. calaftheeast says:

In the long run, nobody will remember those bad films because he did in fact prevail as a filmmaker. Besides, who cares? Almost everyone of that caliber has a few bombs in their resumes.
Look at his work now and what type of movies he gets to direct and act in. Who now remembers Pearl Harbor or Gigli that both came out like a century ago?

  12. lostcause1071 says:

Big props to Affleck for defending Jersey Girl.

  13. lmt16 says:

Loved jersey girl and loved Pearl Harbor. That question was dumb and didnt need to be asked

  14. lmt16 says:

Yeah she is the absolute worst

  15. RachelxRenee says:

  16. 06misscherry says:
